FENDI SPRING 2024 CAMPAIGN FILM

Fendi reveals the Spring, inspired by the city of Rome, drawing on the Spring 1999 motifs to tell stories of Roman women.

March 6, 2024

A walk through the streets of the Eternal City, the Fendi Spring 2024 campaign tells of Kim Jones’ inspiration for the collection – the women of Rome themselves – through references to the Spring 1999 collection and other motifs ever-present throughout the Maison’s history.

“In Rome, there is an elegance in ease and not caring what anybody else thinks — that is real luxury,” explains Fendi Artistic Director Kim Jones. “In this collection, I wanted to reflect that. It is about women who dress for themselves and their own lives, I see it with Silvia and Delfina all of the time. It’s not about the spectacle of being looked at but the reality of wearing and the confidence and chicness that comes with it. It’s not about being something but being someone.”

Featuring Angelina Kendall, Anok Yai, Imaan Hammam and others, the campaign blends muted neutrals with bold yellows and oranges. A nod to the maison’s signature color palette and the colors of Rome
