For the Moschino Spring 2017 ad campaign, designer Jeremy Scott tapped models and sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid captured in paparazzi themed shots photographed by Steven Meisel.

The sisters are dressed in his doll-like cut out collection, and surrounded by a rash of paparazzi. The Moschino paper-doll gowns were worn by both the sisters as they were swarmed by the paparazzi from all angles, with Gigi and Bella looking as though they were rushing to get away.

Scott was inspired by situations that Gigi Hadid experienced last year, saying “I was inspired by images of paparazzi photos, especially when it’s gangs of them at once. At the same time, Gigi had her own incident with the paparazzi in Milan, that added a layer of art imitating life to the concept.”

The fun and energetic campaign reminds us not to take fashion too seriously. In one shot, Gigi Hadid wears a paper doll-inspired blue gown complete with tabs. And in another, Bella sports a knit two-piece alongside a zippered bag.

Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele styled the Moschino ad campaign partnering with Guido Palau who styled hair, and Pat McGrath who styled the makeup, giving an outrageously stunning and glamorous effect.
