In a new Agent Provocateur Fall 2019 ad campaign starring Caroline Vreeland, the lingerie brand transforms everyday moments into iconic moods. Special occasions are no longer required; iconoclasm is a forever state of mind.
Sensual Romance, Seductive Power, Daily Elegance or Weekend Indulgence – the moment is ephemeral but the mood is eternal. Featuring the Icons Range: signature styles in black, pink, nude and white, these are must-have pieces of perpetual style. Four archetypal moods are embodied by the heavenly and hedonistic Caroline Vreeland: singer-songwriter and fashion muse, and great-granddaughter of legendary style-setter, Diana Vreeland.
Creative Director, Sarah Shotton comments about the Agent Provocateur Fall 2019 ad campaign: “We are thrilled to be working with Caroline Vreeland who epitomizes the iconic AP woman with her sensational body with voluptuous curves. AP is a brand for everyone and the campaign celebrates Caroline and her body across four moods in an iconic Agent Provocateur way.”
The dishevelled loveliness of Sensual Romance is translated in vintage-style lace in seductive tones of pink and nude. Lorna, Lindie, Anja and Joan styles encapsulate this intimate mood. The Mercy corset is the ultimate expression of Seductive Power. Panels of quintessential lace with rigid embroidery control the body and give the ultimate fifties hourglass look, while a flesh-coloured lining gives the illusion of skin beneath. Daily Elegance is embodied by the perpetually enchanting Hinda Bra and Hinda Brief in versatile black, crafted from delicate French Leavers Chantilly lace. The Clea Wireless Bralette and Clea Brief define Weekend Indulgence. Crafted from a soft, smooth black modal fabric and cut for ultimate comfort, they feature the Agent Provocateur branding in playful pink.
“It has been quoted that a great dress disappears when a woman wears it,” said Caroline Vreeland. “This is the closest way to describe how I feel in Agent Provocateur lingerie. The set, of course, is wildly-breathtakingly visible. But an AP set, no matter how complex or decadent, does not wear the woman. She wears it. She becomes a powerful- a confident embodiment of her own fantasy.”
