FRAME FALL 2017 AD CAMPAIGN
Vintage prevails with a classically cool campaign by Frame Denim.
August 4, 2017
The FRAME Fall 2017 ad campaign features an evolved aesthetic exploring a new play on proportion which walks the line between bohemian and masculine.
Founders Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson seek to elevate everyday moments for their woman, channeling Seventies Paris through the lens of American sportswear. The brands perpetual preoccupation with that decade is underscored in the return of their much-coveted velvet tailoring, this season in black, spice and abstract Persian print. Suits are threepiece; the addition of the button down vest framing blouses cut in cotton with a high frill neck and crisp puff sleeves.
Luxe-leather lends toughness to effortless separates; in a crop moto jacket, studded zip through jacket and mini skirt. The piece de resistance of the collection is the midi-leather trench; furtively elegant in its slim-line, double-breasted and belted silhouette.
FRAME’s seasonal denim echoes the sartorial statement of the collection as a whole; pioneering new silhouettes inspired by vintage classics that whisper of androgyny in rigid fabrics cut high on the waist.
The Fall collection is now available for purchase on the brand’s website at Frame-Store.com.
