The Jean Paul Gaultier Tattoo collection features hand-traced body art collection from 2009, recreating imagery from the Haute Couture Fall 2002 runway.

Creative Director Florence Tétier explains, “I wanted to capture this past/present nod to well-known campaigns and Jean Paul Gaultier’s historic collections. With that, having this day/night wardrobe: someone could perfectly go to work in the morning and end the night raving all night with it — and also go to work the next day without sleeping if wanted. That typical circle of life in an exciting city!”

Tétier has enlisted the help of Omahyra Mota and Mia Kidis to showcase the new collection. Landing in two skin tones, the collection features skin-tight tops with images of pierced breasts, fusing Japanese-inspired artwork with prints of body chains and pin-up boy drawings. Elsewhere, striped dresses and tops are adorned with rose and sun motifs, alongside tulle garments inspired by dancing uniforms and classic corsets and mini-skirts.

The Tattoo collection explores its archive of corsets and skin-tight pieces to create a versatile, city-ready wardrobe.
