Wolford’s innovative materials meet bold, futuristic designs from GCDS for a streetwear-inspired take on activewear, now available for both men and women. Thirteen trendy pieces boost your workouts and your mood: shop tops, shorts, leggings, and more.
“The animalier design is present on short sports socks, leggings, half-sleeved bodysuits or one-piece suits in sheer opaque. The all-over logo is available on short socks, leggings, long-sleeved bodysuits, sleeveless crop tops and a full slip and top. The rave camo pattern instead characterizes a men’s bodysuit with long-sleeved top and leggings with added sports shorts. Inspired by a streetwear world that is playful and ironic, Calza utilized bold patterns, futuristic details, and clever inlays that expose the human form in unexpected ways.
“Performance was the keyword from which my Wolford project began. The idea of launching an activewear line with a giant of the sector motivated me enormously. There are more surprises on the way and I think this collaboration results a perfect fit for both parties,” stated Calza when speaking about the collaboration.
Wolford is exploring new territory with their first athleisure collection that offers both women’s and men’s styles. The hosiery company’s 70 years of innovative technological know-how combined with the streetwear brand’s trendy and innovative designs fuse together to create a collection that shapes streetwear of the future.
“Thanks to our designer collaborations, at Wolford we are happy to fast-track the process of encountering the needs of women (and now men) of our younger generations. We research continuously and this also involves the exploration of trends and aesthetics relevant to a contemporary fashion future,” said CCO of Wolford Silvia Azzali.
