“What I like about angels is that they don’t have gender but are still very sensual. It relates to so many people I like and admire, human yet celestial, making me dream. It appeared very natural to dedicate a collection to what I’ve named Our Angels,” said Christian Louboutin.

Featuring four booties, four knee-high boots and one over the knee boot, often with a platform sole, each piece is designed to magnify the wearer’s silhouette – and presence – nodding to the stage and to the artistry of performance.

Crafted from black and leopard-print leather, velvet and satin, precious couture variations appear under the form of rich brocades and refined embroideries on styles such as the exquisite Morgan Fleur knee-boot.

An eloquent ode to inclusivity and the importance of subverting the status quo, the collection comes in the Maison’s broadest range of sizes yet, going from a European 36 all the way up to a 46. Also included in the collection will be two collector’s Kypipouch bags: one in embroidered yellow satin and the other in crystal-embellished black velvet.
