NYC and its downtown cool attitude have always been such a big source of inspiration for me,” commented Donatella Versace.

The brand-new store captures the brand’s powerful vision for the future, while staying true to Versace’s instantly recognizable aesthetic. It was designed by renowned architect Gwenael Nicolas who first presented his concept in Versace’s Paris flagship store. Gwenael and Versace approached the space with the highest sustainability in mind, Versace has taken a holistic approach including applying the highest environmental standards to materials selection for all parts of the boutique.

The store is connected by enticing zones, each display Donatella’s coveted designs. Walls showcasing beautiful bags, purses and wallets, invite you to shop the ready-to-wear collections before taking you to the shoe zone. Sneakers and stilettos are presented with this season’s must-haves, Versace sling-backs, and mules. Greca-patterned marble floors and sculpted Medusas depict the brand’s iconic designs in a contemporary way that perfectly fits the location.
