Created in partnership with photographer Daniel Shea and through their shared love of New York, Daniel and Jack and Lazaro formed a unique partnership to create a shared vision of both this moment in history and its relation to the Proenza Schouler Spring 2021 RTW collection. The book exists as a love letter to New York, and captures this extraordinary moment of time within the city and portrays the Proenza Schouler woman, as she goes through the city from morning to night reflecting the collective mood of our great city and the remarkable people that make it so.

“During the early days of our collective, deliberate isolation, the world seemed to be moving towards an almost purely digital, and therefore ephemeral, existence. We were deprived of the material world and longer for touch, for feel, for the nuance and delicacy of the tactile world…for the feeling and physicality of objects and things.
