The new Marni boutique in Maimi’s Bal Harbour shops is located on the first level of the mall welcoming visitors into an open space dedicated to women’s collections.
The façade preserves its historical imprint echoing tones and details of local Art Deco buildings. Meanwhile, the interiors are a mix of pastel and assertive colors, fluid shapes and unpredictable textures.
A wood floor inspired by the ocean’s waves identifies the space’s entrance, opening onto a large yet intimate area that hosts shoes, as well as ready-to-wear pieces displayed on Marni’s signature rails. The boutique also houses the brand’s eyewear collection, showcased on satin brass display units.
Throughout the space, marble in different tones such as white and jade green merges with concrete floors and colorful carpets, creating a harmonious combination of contrasting materials. A large Barrisol illuminates the interior and introduces circular movements on the ceiling. Rhythmic geometries pervade the spaces, including geometric cabinets in wood, glass, brass, and foam, with flexible modules that house small leather goods and accessories.
The store is a perfect canvas for the collections, as it allows customers to immerge into the brand. Spanning over 100 square meters, the boutique is characterized by sinuous architectural elements blending with unique color combinations, fluid shapes, and textural materials, mirroring Marni’s sophisticated aesthetic.
