The Michael Kors Fall 2020 RTW collection featured cozy glamour and a relaxed chic aesthetic with an urban sense of polish.

The designer created a style that stands the test of time with languid silhouettes and longer lengths, hoods, cowls and high necklines with an air of privacy. Blankets and capes with dramatic swagger were prominent along with the bathrobe coat, ponchos and ruanas.

The collection featured sharp tailoring with slouchy trousers and lean riding pant. There was movement of pleated sleeves, skirts and dresses. Luxurious knit dressing was strong along with leather strapping and closures with a utilitarian edge. Bold blanket plaids and crisp tattersalls took over for an equestrain feel.

It was the season of the boot with models strutting in flat riding boots, rugged over-the-knee wellies and sleek stacked-heel city boots and neatly tailored messenger bags and satchels were worn crossbody and hands-free.
