VERSACE FALL 2019 CAMPAIGN FILM
Versace’s iconography is celebrated in an industrial, urban setting for the Fall campaign.
July 31, 2019
The new Versace Fall 2019 campaign manifests the juxtaposition between the luxury-grunge aesthetic seen on the Fall/Winter runway.
The campaign features single portraits of the talents as a reference to the model as a Versace muse – a celebration of Steven Meisel’s interpretation on how it feels to be a Versace muse in a time in which voyeurism has reached its peak. The ads once again feature a large cast, including Kaia Gerber, Anok Yai, Bente Oort, Maike Inga, Yassine Jaajou, Ilja Sizov, Huang Shixin and Paul Hameline all styled by Versace favorite Jacob K.
The collection’s vivid faux furs, lush jewels and bright hues are complemented with brightly colored hair and bold styling that enrich the rock-and-royalty ambiance. The house’s iconography is celebrated in a rich, urban setting. Brick and cement backgrounds create a unique atmosphere contrasted by antique, luxury velvet furniture.

Chief Creative Officer Donatella Versace follows the beat of her own drum for the Versace Fall 2019 collection, adding to the rock-and-royalty ambiance in the campaign film below.
