Photographed in the Upper East Side by Theo Wenner, the Carolina Herrera Spring 2019 ad campaign is an homage to heritage while welcoming a new generation of the Carolina Herrera woman.
Carolina Herrera New York, CH Carolina Herrera, and Carolina Herrera NY Eyewear are dreamily captured through Wenner’s photographic lens on friends of the house Grace Hartzel, Altyn Simpson, and Presley Gerber.
An intrepid embodiment of young New York, Wenner’s unique upbringing and modern perspective represent the next wave of downtown image makers. With an homage to heritage, he welcomes a new generation of the Carolina Herrera woman to the Upper East Side with plastic-wrapped flowers and moonlit evenings. Her vibrant femininity brings a telescope of color to brighten even the darkest hours, reminiscent of the elegantly liberated spirit in Bertolucci’s “The Dreamers.”
The campaign and collection are a joyous celebration of the moment in a woman’s life when she feels her most empowered, living each day as the most fabulous expression of herself.
