The Escada Sport Fall 2018 collection was the first lineup of Nial Sloan as the new Creative Director of the fashion house, amplifying the eccentric side of founder Margaretha Ley’s archive.

The presence of rich colors and rich accessories in the models of the Escada Sport line pays tribute to the historical heritage of the brand, the most successful time in the history of the fashion house in the ’80s and ’90s.

Nevertheless, there are bright modern trends, such as logomania. This trend was reflected in a classic black bomb with a zipper with a large Escada Sport logo on his chest.  There was a dose of Nineties streetwear and grunge  with multicolor plaid skirts with car wash pleats. A tartan kilt was a standout for its elongating silhouette balancing playfulness and chic. She favored animal prints, incorporated on giraffes on tops and pants and subtle hearts in the main collection featured on head-to-toe looks.

The khaki color deserves special attention – which became one of the main shades of the collection. It serves as the basis for costumes with animalistic prints, stripes dresses, bombers, richly studded with gold buttons, skirts and costumes in the style of military.
