Victoria Beckham and Reebok have unveiled a Shaquille O’Neal-inspired merchandise collection

Heavily influenced by the ’90s and Reebok’s influential role in shaping the culture during that period, the limited-edition Victoria Beckham x Reebok merchandise is the first in a series of drops.

Speaking on the collection, Beckham said: “This capsule really began for me with a visit to the Reebok archives in Boston, back in November. When I think of Reebok, I think of the ’90s and basketball – and therefore, of course, I think of Shaq! For me this capsule really represents a celebration of that era, Reebok and Shaq’s shared history in basketball, and the great heritage pieces I discovered in those archives. The unisex approach, and the nods to streetwear that are present in this capsule, are important elements that I will take through to the full collection I am currently working on.”

The Victoria Beckham x Reebok collection comprises T-shirts, hoodies, and socks, and marks the designer’s first venture into unisex fashion. Each piece features Shaq’s iconic ‘dunkman’ logo, Victoria Beckham and Reebok branding, as well as the basketball phenom’s career achievements.

While the collection leans heavily on monochrome colorways, hits of red can be seen on various pieces, while a limited sunset orange colorway.

The collection will be available exclusively on Victoria Beckham’s own webstore on July 26th.
