Shop the interactive Roberto Cavalli Spring 2018 RTW collection with an animalier look with prints, patterns and sculptural silhouettes.
In his first collection for Roberto Cavalli, Paul Surridge takes his inspiration from the life of the modern woman – magnetic, strong, powerful, a chameleon, constantly in motion.
The Focus is in daywear, building an entire wardrobe that is dynamic, athletic and real.
The collection featured an evident athletic streak, lifting the show’s many racerback tank silhouettes and even a couple of stretchy knit evening dresses from the yoga world. New Creative Director Paul Surridge also made a conscientious attempt to broaden the Cavalli offering via items like the zebra-stripe trench and a sharply tailored belted shirt and trouser pairing.
A midnight blue, off-the-shoulder number with openwork beading scrolling top to bottom was a knockout, and a pair of halter-neck styles had a streamlined sexiness.
