Gucci will be launching an exclusive capsule collection with the talented British artist known as Unskilled Worker.

The Gucci x Unskilled Worker 40-piece collection of ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, silks and accessories features work by the artist. The images used are a combination of portraits and floral designs by the artist, in all in her signature naïve and expressive style. These works have a witty, playful spirit that perfectly complements the contemporary, eclectic Romanticism of the House.

The collaboration between Alessandro Michele and Unskilled Worker will see a range of pieces offered for sale online only from 11th October. These include printed GG Marmont shoulder bags, Princetown mules and Ace sneakers, tote bags with bamboo handles, printed dresses, blouses and skirts in silk, patched knitted tops, cardigans, denim skirts and jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, a bomber jacket as well as foulards and shawls. The items will be delivered in dedicated, bespoke packaging that will also be decorated with Unskilled Worker’s designs.

This will be the first time an exclusive online collection will launch simultaneously in all Gucci.com markets (Europe, United States, Canada, UAE, China, Japan, Australia and South Korea). The launch will be supported by extensive activity and promotion across all of Gucci’s digital channels as well as creative outdoor in London, New York, Paris, Milan and Shanghai placing the artist’s work in key locations across each city. Activities will include, new art wall locations, fly posters and an outdoor gallery space.

To further celebrate the collaboration, Unskilled Worker painted an exclusive piece of work, which the artist has generously made available as a free download on Gucci.com and Unskilled Worker.co.uk from 11th October.
