CÉLINE PRE-FALL 2017 AD CAMPAIGN
Céline adds a French flair with a retro touch to the latest Pre-Fall collection.
June 12, 2017
The French fashion house enlists top models Charlee Fraser and Karly Loyce to star in the Céline Pre-Fall 2017 ad campaign captured by fashion photographer Talia Chetrit.
The campaign takes on the same images layout with two side by side images, once featuring the iconic handbags along with a logo and the other starring the model.
The Pre-Fall collection features appropriate Fall colours were used such as white, black, beige and grey. However, the few pieces which feature the warm colours of red, pink and blue gave the collection a healthy glow about it, making it sophisticated and beautiful.
The Pre-Fall garments feature no extra embellishments except a few metal studs on the dresses and leather pink and black block arrows which featured on the sleeveless, white leather biker vest. The simplistic and plain looks created a very elegant feel.
Long pleated skirts and over-sized, pleated wide-leg trousers seems to be a popular choice for pre-fall. Turtlenecks, unusual trouser and shirt cuts, puffy pirate sleeves and the abundance of overlaying came together to create a unique collection.
