A nail becomes jewelry. Designed in 1970s New York, the first Juste un Clou bracelet reflected a wild, freewheeling era. Bold, modern, and innovative, the Cartier Juste un Clou is a creative twist on a familiar object. This jewelry collection transcends the everyday, making the ordinary exquisite, for him and for her.

Juste Un Clou has a history that spans over 40 years. It’s the antithesis to the stolid jewellery of old and provides a window to the view of the design house’s flexibility and whimsy.

The rugged design came to symbolize the “rebellious spirit and raw energy in New York City” at the time.

Each bracelet and ring is shaped in nail form, made pure of 18 karat white, rose or classic yellow gold and can be bedazzled per choice with shimmering pavé diamonds. These pieces of fine jewelry range between $2,175 (for the rings) to $34,650 (for the rose gold large bracelet).

Just unique, just different. Juste un Clou, discover a new series of films directed by Christian Larson.
