Introducing the Diesel Black Gold Fall 2016 ad campaign photographed by Karim Sadli in Paris and featuring the season’s stunning collection from Creative Director Andreas Melbostad. The Norwegian who has been the line’s main creative director since 2013 and the outcome produced reflects the urban stylings of Diesel Black Gold.
The new campaign is all about urban influences and city-chic looks seen by model Mica Arganaraz sporting signature hybrid outerwear from the range — including the women’s biker cape crafted from a mix of leather and quilted nylon.
“I think this advertising campaign perfectly embodies the spirit of Diesel Black Gold,” designer Melbostad said. “Mica and Louie, through the lens of Karim, convey a strong yet understated message of individuality and confidence.”
Makeup for Diesel Black Gold’s new ads was done by Christelle Cocquet, and Damien Boissinot was responsible for the models’ hair.
Watch the behind-the-scenes video as the models embody the brand’s modern aesthetic with the shoot hovering over a quiet French railway line, with intermitting black and white footage of some of the shots taken in the studio.
