In terms of basketball sneakers, the Air Jordan line has always been a little more fashionable than its peers, but it’s never been more apparent than it is with the brand’s recently released Public School collaboration.

“For years, Public School has been pushing the limits with its play on color, proportion, and styling. We are continuously looking to create modern silhouettes from classic forms,” said Maxwell Osborne, co-founder of Public School.

The Public School x Jordan athletic ready-to-wear and shoes were presented on a basketball court, where they emphasized the line’s functionality via sharp movements like jumping and hip-hop dancing. The seven-piece clothing collection includes two footwear styles: a grey nubuck Air Jordan XII and a new Air Jordan model, the Jordan Horizon, featuring a knitted upper. Both are finished with Public School’s PSNY logo.

The latest collection is now available on, as well as select Jordan retail stores.
