Introducing the Chopard Imperiale collection, redefining majesty with timeless class and elegance: sophistication has found its finest expression in jewelry created for the most distinguished woman of today.
In 1994, Chopard introduced the Imperiale watch redolent with the splendours of the French Empire. Whether round, square, chronographs or gem-set, those Imperiale watches adopted an androgynous look for both men and women. The cases were sized generously for the era and the unique lugs set with carbochons ostensibly evoked Napoleonic columns. In 2010, the Imperiale watch was entirely redesigned and gave rise to a jewellery collection by the same name.
The Chopard Imperiale film celebrates her assertive taste and incredible allure, embodied by supermodel Hilary Rhoda.
To personify the Imperiale woman, Chopard called upon the photographer duo, Luigi & Iango. Creators of images with a contemporary appeal, they perpetually redefine the codes of modernity and here, pay tribute to the flamboyant nature of the Imperiale collection. Projecting balance, proportion, strength of character and a regal presence, these images perfectly reflect the identity of the Imperiale line.
The shots were taken in a country castle near Paris. The purity of white and stark light enhance the beauty, elegance and well-affirmed personality of Hilary Rhoda in the visuals whose atmosphere and composition echo the Imperiale woman.
