Retrosuperfuture again teamed with the Andy Warhol foundation for the visual arts for an eclectic art-inspired collection and will be exclusively launched at MOMA design store in Soho.

Explored the foundation’s archives, the Retrosuperfuture creative team has identified a series of whimsical ink drawings developed by Warhol in 1957, transforming them into a unique series of eccentric eyewear. The result of their extensive research is a series of four different silhouettes that embody Andy Warhol’s witty visual flair. The four designs — babybaby, nicolou, velvetdarling and ultracandy — are all utterly unconventional, ironic, yet highly iconic pieces of eyewear.

The Retrosuperfuture Super Andy warhol ‘The Illustrated Series’ is now available at Retrosuperfuture.com and at MOMA design store. From June 11th the Retrosuperfutue Super Andy Warhol collection will be available at the Retrosuperfuture flagship and in selected stores.
