From flowers to insects, the Burberry Spring 2015 collection was full of floral hues, wasp waists and dragonfly belts. Featuring denim, silk, gloss shell leather and cobweb tulle, the dégradé silk and soft suede stood out. Shearling, iridescent sequins and wing pleating were also prominent features in the collection along with butterfly prints on satin and book covers on honey gabardine. The collection exposed a vibrant color palette of Poppy red, rose pink and beetle green inspired by a bright look on nature.

The new Bee Bag gave bursts of contrast color and print. With bright book cover designs, they featured the insects and flowers of Britain. Made with hand-painted leather, denim, patent and Horseferry check, the bags included wing pockets, crossbody straps and monogrammed initials.

The runway show also featured British musician James Bay who performed three tracks live on the runway. James has been working with Burberry since 2013 and played songs including “Scars” and “When We Were On Fire” at the show.
