The Hermès Fall 2026 RTW collection sees a sculpted silhouette emerges between shadows and light. She forges ahead, sensual and confident, opening up a new vision of the world. Cassandre depicts an enigmatic structure extending towards a vanishing point, framing a window onto the sky.

As in metamorphosis, glimpses of skin pierce silhouettes as shearling tufts and flashes of colour create inside-out contrast. Mobile and removable, Tuscan sheepskin collars soften the sleek allure of leather coats, while a leather collar lends rigour to a short, tailored, zip-front dress in shifting burgundy-red mohair wool. A modernist spirit, transfigured.

Double-faced ribbed knits hint at colour emerging from darkness. A biker-inspired asymmetrical dress in fluid, inky-blue glossy leather unzips to reveal a sky-blue shirt, like a surreal sliver of day beneath night. An enveloping forest-green houndstooth coat, layered over an oversized trucker sweater and a jodhpur with an iridescent weft, carries the promise of a covert night ride at dusk.

The collection draws on variations of chiaroscuro. Materials are transformed by light. Garments unveil their lines as their colors are revealed, from the warm hues of the final rays of sun to the glints of moonlight. A dynamic wardrobe. Suits invite movement, jodhpurs bring energy, structured silhouettes form a subtle A-line.

Elemental yet radical, explorations of the suit, A-line silhouettes and jodhpurs strike a balance between control and emancipation. Lines so clean they seem cut by a whip, made for movement. Sensuality harnessed but never constrained.

Night resists reduction to black, its palette shifting from the warmth of a setting sun to cold, moonlit tones that heighten texture and illuminate surfaces. Leather glints as wool fabrics shift in the light, sulphur yellow and oxblood red vibrating with magnetic intensity.

As darkness drapes the terrestrial, nightlife shimmers, magical and hypnotic.
