The Tom Ford Fall 2025 ad campaign is Haider Ackermann’s first, growing on the spare narrative of his debut show.

The steamy mirrors and the idea of being in a private room are the same. The light is different: glaring and morning-like. There is a sense of mystery, a tense energy to the images.

The characters inhabit the space with their noble personalities multiplied by the blurry reflections and refraction in the mirrors. They wear the bright pastels, the vivid hues, the grays and the full blacks which are deployed through lines that are precise and sensual.

There is a dignity in their demeanor that is poignant and suspended. In vivid light, the naked truth behind their cinematic sophistication peaks a boo, and seduces.
