From June 7th, Christian Dior joins the newly renovated Hotel Splendido with its first permanent Dior Spa in Italy, designed as a sophisticated Mediterranean residence dedicated to wellbeing.

Perched on majestic hillsides overlooking Portofino bay, the Hotel Splendido has embodied the Italian dolce vita since the 1950s. This charming former 16th century monastery exudes timeless appeal and draws celebrities from all over the world.

As soon as guests enter the reception area, sandstone hues, pale walls and windows overlooking luscious foliage invite them to switch off. In this elegant salon, a selection of ready-to-wear and accessories for summer accompanies the finest skincare, makeup and perfume lines—including the divine Escale à Portofino from the Les Escales collection, inspired by olfactory travel memories.

Upstairs, next to a third individual cabin, a magnificent double suite opens onto an idyllic, panoramic sea view. Each room features quartzite stone and oak wood highlighted with details from the iconic House Toile de Jouy reinterpreted in soft lime green. A rooftop-terrace has been set up to welcome guests after their treatment with sheer cotton drapes create a shady cocoon around deckchairs and a bar, where customized wellness drinks can be enjoyed.

The House offers its iconic face and body treatments as part of a menu designed to be a total celebration of beauty and the senses. The House also highlights its new signature Splendidior treatment, a wellbeing and beauty treatment duo addressing both face and body, inspired by the emblematic location of the hotel, surrounded by the abundant natural beauty of the Ligurian bay.
