GUCCI SPRING 2025 RTW COLLECTION

GUCCI SPRING 2025 RTW COLLECTION

Sabato de Sarno goes on a tireless exploration of the heritage of this brand with an irreverent attitude for the Spring collection.

October 15, 2024

The Gucci Spring 2025 RTW collection pays  homage to the 60’s with tailoring, in its most essential yet never ordinary version, merging the women’s wardrobe with the men’s.

The grand coats with a couture attitude, of the finest construction, bring new vigor to the GG Monogram. Designed for the everyday, therefore worn effortlessly with denim and a tank top. The leather, with a glossy finish, is already part of our DNA. The lingerie peeps through the lace dresses and the slightly open coats. The color palette includes grey, Gucci Rosso Ancora, white, tones of green, and a touch of orange.

The Gucci Bamboo 1947 is the star, with the bag in its original design and new contemporary details created by skillful artisans working with leather, lacquer, and Plexiglas. New handbags with bamboo details alternate on the runway with mini silhouettes and the Gucci 73 bucket bag with the Horsebit on the side, but we also see the new Gucci Go bag, structured, compact, to wear everywhere. Appearing on the runway, one-of-a-kind Gucci Bamboo 1947 bags reimagined by Japanese artists. The Horsebit remains a central element for shoes, evolving from the iconic Horsebit 1953 loafers into platforms, creepers, ballerinas and ankle boots.

Following the Spring Summer 2025 show, guests share their first impressions and favorite moments from the reveal of Sabato De Sarno’s new womenswear collection: Olivia Dean, Jin, Jessica Chastain, Jannik Sinner, Hanni, Daisy Edgar-Jones, George Barnett, Pixie Geldof, and Fiordaliso.
