The Bottega Veneta x The Strand Bookstore collection consists of a capsule featuring three bags and a book selection curated by Matthieu Blazy.

The iconography translates globally, making the store a destination for both visitors and locals. The capsule is available exclusively at the Bottega Veneta SoHo store starting on September 8 and globally online. The Strand and Bottega Veneta share a love for the written word and encourage their network to engage with different forms of art and education. The Strand carries books of all genres, in different languages. The store is known for their rich variety as champions for inclusivity. Bottega Veneta supports a plethora of creative mediums, from music to art to fashion, aiming to produce work that resonates worldwide.

The carrier bags represent culture ‘on the go’ for a city that is notoriously never still. By recreating the notorious totes and shopper bags in Bottega Veneta leather, the partnership celebrates New York City culture and a community drawn together by literature.

The book selection will be available at The Strand bookstore in the East Village and on display at the Bottega Veneta SoHo location. The limited-edition Strand capsule pieces are recreations of the store’s classic carrier bags, made in Bottega Veneta leather. Strand totes are synonymous with New York City culture.
