Creative Director Daniel Lee is experimenting with color and texture, introducing new accessories as well as statement pieces for the Bottega Veneta Wardrobe 02 collection for Pre-Fall.

The new collection presents an austere allure driven by the tailoring of the Italian maison, juxtaposed with glamorous details of excess. Sparkling dresses, feathers, crystals, sequins, glitter, and rhinestones counter the minimalism of the impeccable silhouettes and clean cuts designed by Lee. Wardobe 02 is structured by this antithesis—bold volumes alongisde super-fit shapes, rigid silhouettes versus sinuous lines, and dynamic dresses contrasted with sophisticated suits.

A celebration of dressing that places an emphasis on the present, the collection also complements both the male and female wardrobe, carrying over the same distinctive traits. Materials used throughout range frome tchnical nylon, velour, teddy bear furs, and the supple leather Bottega Veneta is known for.

The campaign shot by Tyrone Lebon captures Bottega’s signature minimal visuals, featuring the talent in front of a plain white wall shot with a bright flash.  Bottega Veneta has tapped friends of the house including Skepta, Neneh Cherry, Arca, Slowthai and more.
