The bright hues in these images mirror the pop colors of the ready-to-wear—a true sentiment of spring.

Hand-painted horse prints and acidic florals especially radiate this love for Mother Nature. Stella’s affinity for horses is something that lovers of the brand instantly identify with her, becoming something of a signature over her years as a designer. These artful motifs dance across flowing sustainable viscose dresses and tops, feeling effortless and bold.

The acidic floral prints pulse with shots of vivid color, inspired by vintage botanicals from Stella’s archive. These prints are punched out with strong color-blocking, contrasting modernity and minimalism with the soft and delicate. Moments of utility toughen-up the collection, as do garment-dyed denim pieces in organic cotton.

A completely sustainable capsule called “We are the Weather”, designed in collaboration with author Jonathan Safran Foer, is also part of the Stella McCartney Resort 2020 collection, igniting this love of nature with an activist spirit.

As well as sustainable viscose and organic cotton, the brand continues to use ECONYL regenerated nylon, recycled polyester, traceable alpaca and sustainable wood throughout, continuing to push their commitment to eco fashion further season after season.
