Introducing the Tom Ford Spring 2019 ad campaign shot by Ferry Van der Nat, featuring supermodels Joan Smalls and Gigi Hadid.
The leading faces are captured against a studio backdrop, the pair wear form-fitting dresses, sleek pumps and chic headscarves.
For the Spring collection, Tom Ford favored a subdued, chic palette of mostly black and skin tones with hints of gentle pink and lavender. Structured jackets and corsetry were featured over gentle skirts amde of crepe de chine and mousseline prevailed, some cut asymmetrically or with slits, to reveal lace-edged slips. The retro aura of the collection will temper in the transition to reality.
Raphael Hirsch styles the shoot with hair by Orlando Pita and Gemma Smith-Edhouse works on makeup.
