Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig’s Marchesa Spring 2017 bridal collection was inspired from a fairy-tale garden.

Ethereal, cascading blossom was the starting point for the Marchesa Spring 2017 bridal collection. Stunning 3-D floral details were prominent with blush colors subtly infused in light airy gowns.

Flourishing rosebuds and blossoming florals, adorned with crystals and pearls, decorated the mostly ethereal gowns. Continuing the spring time garden theme were rosy ombres and dip-dyed blushes. Keeping things lightweight, blush and nude tones of tulle were layered under ball gowns — creating gowns with a subtle fullness. Detachable skirts have been on the rise in the bridal world, and here they were given the 3-D organza rose and hand-cut petal treatment. The brand also showed detachable peplums decorated in French Chantilly lace — we love this alternative to a full detachable skirt! Plunging necklines full decorated in organza 3-D cutouts are a treat for brides getting married in 2017.

Silk satin ribbons added a majestic touch to cinched waists, while gorgeous drop earrings created a dramatic look.
