The bright colors, the nature and the beautiful town of Portofino are immortalized by Dolce & Gabbana in an summery limited-edition collection for the pop up boutique in the Ligurian harbor town.

Portofino, the quaint Ligurian town founded by the Romans, with its cobbled streets, picturesque piazza and picture perfect scenery is set to welcome a Dolce & Gabbana pop up boutique for the month of July.

The Dolce & Gabbana limited-edition Portofino collection for women is awash with color and prints typical of the brand’s style, but with reference to the town. Pencil skirts, tunics, mini dresses, as well as evening gowns in charmeuse, full skirts in twill and popeline sundresses, and also beachwear, all emblazoned with foulard prints which depict the scenery like a timeless post card, framed by pink hydrangea, and the deep blue of the Tugullio Gulf. To complement the collection there is a selection of accessories: maxi bags for the beach, mini bags for smartphones, brightly colored espadrilles, sandals and precious jewelry.

The menswear collection is dedicated to a contemporary sailor who uses maritime maps of the Ligurian Sea printed on polo shirts, shirts, oversize t-shirts, shorts and trousers to navigate the undiscovered coves. Espadrilles and belts are striped white, red, blue, green, yellow like the beach umbrellas of Paraggi. To complete the collection, colorful loafers and sandals made of crocodile leather and lizard.

To complete the offering, the Pop up boutique will also feature the childrenswear collection.

The Dolce & Gabbana pop up boutique will be open from Friday July 3rd to Sunday August 2^nd 2015, in Piazza Martiri dell’Olivetta 7, Portofino (Genova).
