Kate Spade celebrates Paris Fashion Week in style with the opening of the new boutique
Following the Spring 2018 collection presentation at New York City’s historic Grand Central Oyster Bar, Kate Spade heads to the French capital, to celebrate the opening of the brand’s first store in Paris.
This season, during the Paris Fashion Week, kate spade new york, the global, modern luxury accessory and lifestyle brand, celebrated the opening of its first flagship store in Paris. The brand welcomed guests to share a unique moment by discovering the iconic rue Saint-Honoré store and immersing themselves in the joyful and whimsical world of kate spade new york. For this occasion, the shop windows have been transformed to celebrate the opening with a champagne toast – rendered in the windows as champagne bubbles as well as seen through the augmented reality, Joy Walks experience.
The brand turned its 2,000 square foot store into a place of joyful celebration where celebrities, influencers and other personnalities gathered for an evening event to welcome the kate spade new york brand to the French market. As part of the brand’s European expansion strategy, following a flagship opening on Regent Street in London last year, kate spade new york has set up a flagship shop in Paris, expanding upon the previous distribution in Galeries Lafayette Haussmann department store and a dedicated ecommerce shop.
The store, located at 418 rue Saint-Honoré will showcase the brand’s Fall 2017 collection inspired by Paris in the 1920s.
