Guerlain Parfumeur, the French beauty brand since 1828, is honored to announce that Angelina Jolie is the icon of its new fragrance for women.

“We create perfumes for the women we admire” said Jacques Guerlain, creator of mythical fragrances such as Shalimar, L’Heure Bleue and Mitsouko.

Mon Guerlain, the house’s new fragrance, is a tribute to today’s feminity – a strong, free and sensual feminity, inspired by Angelina Jolie.

The partnership between Angelina and Guerlain was agreed in Cambodia in December 2015, where she was directing her film First They Killed My Father. It has its roots, however, in Angelina’s childhood memory of her own mother’s love of a Guerlain powder. She has donated her entire salary from the Guerlain campaign to charity.

The Guerlain fragrance is characterized by the freshness of Lavender Carla, an exceptional variety cultivated in Provence, which contrasts with the voluptuousness of the Sambac jasmine from India and the Australian Album Sandalwood, associated with the sensual Vanilla Tahitensis of Papua New Guinea.

The fresh oriental fragrance enhances exceptional raw materials: Carla Lavender from Provence, Sambac Jasmine from India, Album Sandalwood from Australia and Vanilla Tahitensis from Papua New Guinea. Mon Guerlain expresses the quintessence of a story replete with experiences, nourished by success, expertise and generosity, all infused with the same passion since 1828 by the Guerlain perfumer.

Your fragrance Mon Guerlain in its “quadrilobe” bottle: created in 1908, the bottle established itself as one of Guerlain’s iconic bottles. Simple and graphic, it echoes an alchemist’s bottle and owes its name to its stopper, which is crafted from one piece to obtain a shape resembling four lobes. A century later, beautifully enhanced by a luxurious glass weight and a golden adornment, this bottle offers a contrast between strong taut lines and sensual curves, expressing contemporary femininity.
