First named a Dior ambassador in 2013, actress Jennifer Lawrence is back for the Christian Dior Fall 2016 accessories ad campaign with new versions of the Diorever and Diorama bags.

In a light-drenched New York photo studio, Jennifer Lawrence is posing for the camera of Patrick Demarchelier, a long-time House collaborator.

Curled up in a white armchair or gazing directly into the lens, the actress looks elegant and radiant, in tufted velours-embroidered Dior Oblique canvas, metalized leather, or dazzling colors. Wearing oversized sweaters and cozy jackets, the campaign features a slightly Eighties-inspired animal printed double-breasted coat, the sharp lines of which create an appealing contrast with the overall softer cuts and materials of the other pieces. A tousled updo and an au naturel makeup look complete the campaign’s pictures with otherworldly, ethereal vibes.

In a brief behind-the-scenes video of the shoot, Lawrence calls the fashion shoots “easy and relaxed” and dubs the Dior bags she cradles in every frame “chic, stylish and cool.” Chain-handled Diorama bags are also featured, some styles in a tufted, velvet embroidered logo print.
