An advertising image for the new Vancouver store.Ted Baker London is continuing to expand its footprint in Canada and will open its first West Coast location at Pacific Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, on June 17th.

This will mark the brand’s third unit in Canada. The others are in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre and Eaton Centre in Toronto, and the Halton Hills mall in Ontario. Ted Baker London also operates 23 stores in the U.S.

The design of the 2,860-square-foot store is inspired by the Canadian outdoors and is intended to evoke a 19th-century luxury log cabin of a British explorer. Among the elements used are distressed antique oak, mirrors, stone and upholstered leather panels as well as quirky props that include silver service teapots that double as pots for plants, carving knives as saws, tennis rackets as fishing nets and telephones as hammers.

The store will open with the spring and high summer collections of men’s and women’s apparel and accessories. During opening weekend, the store will offer gifts with purchase, giveaways and complimentary treats.
