Inspired by the countless padlocks that line the sides of the Pont des Arts, Chloé’s new fragrance, entitled “Love Story,” tells a tale of lovers, who entwined in a deep romance, secure a lock to the infamous Parisian bridge as a sign of their love and affection. In order to serve as a lasting reminder of their immovable passion and commitment, the key to the lock is thrown into the River Seine which flows below, and so the story of their love remains eternally fastened in the French capital.
Perfumer Anne Flipo composed the new Chloé floral composition, which explores the note of orange blossom. The scent is clean and fresh, made from neroli, orange blossom and stephanotis (jasmine from Madagascar). The Chloé Love Story is in retail stores as of September of 2014 and is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
