LOUIS VUITTON NEW BEHIND THE SCENES BOOKCaptured through the lens of photographer Juergen Teller, the book retraces the precious moments leading up to Louis Vuitton‘s Fall/Winter 2014 show, with Nicolas Ghesquière as the newly appointed creative director. The behind-the-scenes book is to be published in October by Steidl.

On March 5th in Paris the fashion world gathered in the courtyard of the Louvre to bear witness to Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2014 women’s ready-to-wear collection, the first under the hand of new creative director Nicolas Ghesquière. His long-time friend Juergen Teller has immortalized the first moments of an artistic turning point, bringing to light the new Vuitton woman, in structured pieces and modern materials, that boast a Sixties charm. Brought together in a 48-page book, illustrated by M/M Paris, the 60 photographs capture the emotions felt as Freja Beha Erichsen opened the show with the first look, right through to the new collection’s first advertising campaign. For a unique insight into the designer’s experiences, as the fashion house enters a new chapter in history, discover the fleeting moments perfectly documented inside, to be cherished through time.

“I just arrived in Paris Louis Vuitton automne-hiver 2014/15”, illustrated by M/M Paris will be available from October 27th and priced at $125.
